Basis Social to run inaugural NICE Listens public dialogue

You already know we love public dialogue but this is a bit special.

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) today launch their NICE Listens series of deliberative public dialogue with us. For this first dialogue we’ll be convening a group of lay members of the public online for four waves of discussion around health and social inequalities (the avoidable differences in health, well-being, and life expectancy between individuals and groups).

We’re delighted to have been entrusted to lead on this first dialogue and showcase the value of effective public dialogue to inform NICE’s mission.
