Basis Social is DOUBLING in size!

 

This is an amazing milestone. Today we’re doubling in size, growing from a team of 3 to a team of 6! We have 3 new talented and bright individuals joining us, each bringing unique skills and experiences, and a shared passion for innovative and impactful research and insights. We are delighted to introduce you to:

Ingrid Broch-Due

Ingrid is joining as an Associate Director, helping to further expand our qualitative and behavioural insights capabilities. Before joining Basis, she was a Research Advisor at the Behavioural Insights Team for over 4 years. Ingrid is an experienced researcher with a track record of scoping, designing and delivering exploratory and evaluative research across a number of areas including digital product development, financial capability and inclusion, online data privacy and choice, and research with vulnerable populations.

Connie Flude

Connie is joining Basis Social as an Innovation Lead and will help to drive our focus on social action. She was previously a Project Director at The Good Side, helping grow the business from its’ inception, and before this at Kantar Public. Connie excels in unpicking complex subjects with creativity, intellect and vim. Having worked across social and market research for clients ranging from DfT and the Gates Foundation to Instagram and Apple she is skilled at taking insight into actionable and achievable recommendations.

Elena Antoniades

Elena is joining Basis Social as Operations Director, ensuring that everything ticks along smoothly behind the scenes. Formerly Associate Director of Project Management at Ipsos, and before that a Global Project Manager at Kantar, Elena brings a huge amount of experience and expertise in ensuring projects deliver over and above expectations.
