We’ve reached a point now where we are excited to take this to the next level, so with that in mind we have hired some of the brightest industry minds to drive our growth to new heights, starting with Martin Eichholz, who has joined us as Co-Managing Partner for our US Consumer business.

Martin is a seasoned insights executive with deep methodological expertise and experience across many different verticals. He found his calling as a unique hybrid of business thinker, data nerd, and inspiring advisor with contagious passion. After learning the ropes at Frank N. Magid Associates, he joined Kelton Global as a Partner and helped grow the company from 10 to 100+ researchers, culminating in a sale to LRW/Material. He then became leader of the Tech & Gaming Verticals at MarketCast, and over 2 and a half years more than tripled his division’s revenues.

The bulk of our business is currently in the UK, so US expansion feels like a no brainer as a vehicle for growth and we’re super excited to have Martin with us to drive this forward.  Welcome Martin!

We have been very fortunate to have had a stable loyal base of clients over the years.  To ensure we continue to nurture and support our clients as they rightly deserve, we have hired Kate Sizer as our Chief Client Officer.

With over 20 years’ experience in customer insights, Kate has worked client side for Tesco and across consultancies including dunnhumby, Service Management Group and Accenture. She is passionate about understanding, designing and optimising customer and employee experiences using data and insights. From defining customer strategies, to continuously improving customer experiences, to designing and activating integrated media plans to enable personalised communication with customers, Kate has consulted on how data and insights can be used to transform multiple strategic and tactical decision-making processes.

And finally, we recognise that a critical part of any growth engine is Marketing, creating strong deep connections for our brand and our values and staying top of mind requires a strategy and patience, so we’re delighted to have Shazia Ginai come on board as our new Chief Marketing Officer.

Shazia has a track record of successfully leading business growth and transforming organisations. Shazia began her career working across the luxury fragrance & skincare brands at P&G after which she created and led the global insight function at ghd.  After many years client side, Shazia moved over to a cutting-edge agency Neuro-Insight UK, heading up BD at first, then promoted to CEO. During her time at Neuro-Insight, Shazia was at the centre of the media and marketing world, delivering thought leading work around how our subconscious mind processes content and communication. Shazia has a passion for empathetic leadership and is a strong advocate for equality and inclusion.  Shazia currently chairs Colour of research and is on the advisory board for Women in Research, as well as being an active volunteer for Endometriosis UK, advocating for menstrual health research.
