Health Research Executive

 

We’re looking for an exceptional Executive to join our growing, bright and ambitious New York Healthcare team.

You’ll be working with like-minded individuals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of clients. We work with leading global healthcare brands as well as small bio-techs.

Executives are critical in ensuring that our focus on providing the highest quality insights and deliverables is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. You will have a range of responsibilities, including day-to-day management of projects and analyzing and interpreting research.

We’re looking for someone who makes it a priority to complete allocated tasks efficiently and with attention to detail, supports other team members with enthusiasm, and takes responsibility for their career and skill development. We are known for pushing the boundaries in our methodologies and deliverables, and our ideal hire will be not only bright, but creative and ambitious in helping us to rise to these standards. We have a desire for someone who is equally intrigued by both qualitative and quantitative research.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic understanding of the research process and is eager to learn more (prior research experience is a plus, but not a requirement!)

  • A collaborative and team-first attitude

  • Comfort working with senior team members to develop insights and contribute to debriefs

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work

  • Ability to think both big and small picture

  • Confidence, intelligence and professionalism in internal and external interactions
