We are absolutely delighted to have won this year’s award for Applications of Research, for our collaboration with BT!

Our work on BT Plus helped to embed customer-led innovation and re-imagine the role of insight at one of the UK’s largest companies. Heralding a new way of thinking about product development at BT and delivering real commercial impact.

Whilst we didn’t pick up the awards for Creative Development Research with CRUK or Business Impact of the Year – UK with Dixons Carphone, we are grateful to have been nominated as finalists.

The MRS Awards celebrate research's ability to drive innovation, inspire change and deliver results.
